You stupid Liberal cunts. Maybe one day you will enter the real world.
White women married to BLACK men are 12.4 times more likely to be murdered by their husbands than White women married to WHITE men.
White women married to Black men have the single highest risk of death by femicide of any married women in the US.

Just had some Asian call and try to convince me someone was trying to access my computer so I told him to get fucked and hung up. The prick rung me back and told ME to fuck off, he then got called every single vulgar, racist word I know.. loudly.
The call ended with, “Fuck your mother, you noodle eating, zipperheaded c*ntbag”.——
I’m not “racist” racist but I absolutely despise Asians. They breed like rabbits and they belong in sweatshops making shit for 10 cents per day.. fucking shit race of nothings.

I uh, like your username…
Before I begin this…lenghty post. I want to say upfront that I have NO intetion of deliberatly trying to hurt or upset people. Meerly to try and understand from multipul Points of View on if I should attempt this cosplay or not. So please. I am BEGGING. for all of our sanity’s if, when posting on this, you keep in mind that I’m not trying to be an ass. Okay?
Okay.
So I LOVE the movie brother bear. Love love love it.
And for a while now I’ve wanted to cosplay Sitka.
Now here comes the lovely issue.
I’m Irish American. Completely white. And Sitka is Inuit. And to be accurate I want to use tanner to color my skin to his tone. I don’t like to half ass cosplay.
Now here comes the issue of ‘Black Face’/’White washing’.
In MY opinion, If A character is done in good taste, with good intention and a respect, I don’t feel like it should be an issue.
But I recently came across Glasmond’s Issue when she colored Korra to light for some peoples taste in a digital art picture and it looks like it turned out into an all out war.
So to be honest, I feel the need to literally ask permission to do this. Majority rules.
I’m not going to explain my whole side on the issue Unless it’s needed so…I guess this post was less lengthy than I thought..?
So. Thoughts? Opinions?
Don’t do it.
No.
Blackface/tanning/toner
Not allowed.
No.
It’s all bad.
Do not pass go
Do not collect $200
Cosplay all you want, but don’t artificially make yourself darker to do so.
A great example of just how fetishized Asian women are. >:|
This honestly makes me unbelievably angry—we can work as hard as we like and succeed in whatever we can and be the best people possible, but the only thing people want to view us Asian women as are exotic, sexualized fetishes on the same level as feet and leather collars.
Just…fuck this shit.

ya’ll don’t face racism…
sooo’
STFU
So you are either admitting you don’t know what racism is, or you have never heard of the Black Panthers, or the phrases “Black Power” or “White Devil”
“WAAH WAAH! We are considered the standard of human beauty! Our cultures and societies are the gauge by which all others are measured and deemed wanting! Despite a history of slavery, genocide, imperialism and cultural/intellectual theft, we still consider ourselves the most (the only?) civilised peoples on this planet! Southern societies exist for our delectation, and women of colour? Are they even people or what?
“…But being called a white devil is JUST AS BAD!”
—Racist whites
OP please stop and think why the black panthers existed. Look at the context behind it.
White people seem to think that the Black Panther party are just a big ol’ Black Klu Klux Klan, running ‘round, lynching white folks. It’s just depressing is what it is.
The KKK isn’t currently lynching people, all though it still exists, [and btw, the KKK lynched tons of white people too], they’re an occultist terrorist organization. The BPs hold the exact equivalent racist beliefs as the KKK. The BPs are screaming about how they’re “not lynching crackers, Yet, yet yet.” It should go without saying its the ideology that is EXACTLY the same, not the actions. the BPs aren’t wearing black pointy hoods for instance.
Black Liberation theology holds that pale skin literally makes one a devil. This is what these people believe. It is evil.
What…I..
It used to be called The Black Panther Party For Self Defense for a reason.

Where does it say “KILL ALL WHITE PEOPLE!”
Can I not read right?
???
Anonymous asked: Maybe what you said though, about lurking on 'broadway secrets' is really the point - broadway/theater fans aren't jumping on twitter & making a point of slamming the "n-word" who played Velma in Chicago, for being black, as we've seen fans of television, films & sports do. Broadway may not be racism free, but it may be leading the pack in 2 ways - casting agents are comfortable casting based on talent rather than looks, whether fans like it or not & fans demonstrate proper behavior.
I’m saying more that Broadway’s racism isn’t as overt, but it’s there. Sure, the fans aren’t going “UGHH WHY IS SHE BLACK?!” every 10 minutes, but they’re out there.
And like I mentioned, not all casting agents are casting on just talent, many PoC’s get denied even before they start to showcase their talent because they don’t fit “The look.” (I.E white)
They may be more comfortable than a Hollywood casting agent maybe but that’s a hard thing to judge. Are we talking Broadway broadway? Cheap productions? Off broadway?

I doubt Audra Mcdonald would agree. She is constantly cast in both traditionally white and black roles. She’s also had television success.
She didn’t sit on her ass and complain about how racist broadway/hollywood is. She trained, worked hard and is doing quite well for herself.
Norm Lewis, Brian Stokes Mitchell and Nikki Renee Daniels are other examples of black actors who are doing quite well in “black” and “white” roles.
But I can see that you will continue to scream “Racism!” until they cast you as Mother in Ragtime on Broadway.
Actually…
Look at how few people you named, Broadway isn’t exactly fair, while their have been black Elphaba’s let me tell you, they get dragged through the ringer. I used to be a lurker on Broadway Secrets on Livejournal? So many secrets were about how people didn’t like the black Elphaba’s for XYZ (most commonly for not “looking the part.”
Just because a few people make it in black and “white” roles doesn’t mean Broadway isn’t racist. The majority of productions are white, and white run, most casting people are white looking for white people.
You could probably write a book based on PoC’s going into auditions only to be turned away because “We’re not looking for _______ ” or “We were envisioning a white person.”
